Underglow terms of use
By downloading or using Underglow (the apps and the web sampler at rin.gy/underglow/play), you agree to these terms.
- Free to use. Underglow is provided free of charge for personal use.
- Flashing lights. Underglow shows bright and flashing lights, and can turn on your phone's flashlight. If you or anyone nearby has photosensitive epilepsy or is sensitive to flashing lights, don't use the high-energy shows; use Reduced flashing in Look, or the Chill shows. Stop using the app if you feel unwell.
- Your device. The app can raise screen brightness, keep the screen awake and turn on the flashlight, which uses more battery and may warm the phone. Use it on a safe, stable surface and supervise it.
- Your content. You're responsible for the music you import and the videos you create and share. Only use music you have the right to use. Show audio and visuals made by Underglow may be included in videos you share.
- Ringtones. Ringtones come from Ringy and are subject to Ringy's terms.
- App stores. If you got Underglow from the App Store or Google Play, those stores' terms also apply. Apple and Google aren't responsible for the app.
- No warranty. Underglow is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
- Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, Ringy isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the app.
- Changes. We may update the app and these terms. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
