Terms of Use
These terms describe use of Duo Sounds - Open and Close and the Duo pages on rin.gy. Duo Sounds is an independent app by Umair Ali, not an Apple product.
Your app licence
The app is licensed for use on Apple devices under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. The licence, warranty and liability provisions of that agreement apply to the app. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Sounds and your content
Built-in sounds are provided for personal use within the app. These terms do not grant redistribution or commercial reuse rights. Any rights you hold under an applicable third-party or public-domain licence remain unaffected.
You are responsible for recordings and files you import, including obtaining any necessary permission and rights. Do not use the app to infringe someone else’s rights.
Availability and compatibility
Fold sounds require a compatible iPhone Duo with iOS 26 or later and configured Shortcuts automations. Features may depend on device settings and Apple software. The website preview does not install or configure the app.
Warranty and liability
The website and its previews are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Umair Ali is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Applicable law
These supplementary terms follow applicable laws of the United States, without limiting mandatory protections where you live or overriding the governing-law provisions of Apple’s Standard EULA. No additional exclusive state or court is designated here.

Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date.
